We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. Share your pincode when you order on WhatsApp and we'll confirm delivery before you pay. For international orders, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can arrange.

• Standard — ₹149, delivered in 4–7 days. Free on orders above ₹4,999.
• Express — ₹349, delivered in 2–3 days.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch and can run longer for remote pincodes, during festive peaks or when weather and courier networks are disrupted.

Most orders leave the studio within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Pieces that need to be stitched to your measurements take longer; we'll tell you the date before we begin.

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹20,000, with a ₹99 handling fee. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers often can't give change. Repeatedly refused COD parcels may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.

The moment your order ships we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. Message us any time for an update.

If the outer packaging is torn or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or photograph it before opening. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing photo or video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
